If the business meets the listed criteria, they will be posted in the Lender Deal Room if they choose to opt in.
As a portal member, you will receive a monthly email reminder of potentially eligible SBA clients listed in the Deal Room.
If you are interested in reaching out to a business, click on the link underneath the project details to send them an email or give them a call. (Businesses will be listed on a monthly basis so feel free to check back anytime and not just when the email goes out)
After you have reached out and think you may be able to help finance the project, get in touch with us to further discuss SBA eligibility.

These businesses have specifically opted into the Lender Deal Room and are aware that lenders may be reaching out. Our lending partners who have had the most success with the Deal Room reach out multiple times via email and phone calls to get in touch with the business owners.
Please also note that in certain cases, a business may be potentially eligible even if they haven’t been in operation for 6 months, not yet generating revenue, and not yet profitable. We are not including those businesses in the Lender Deal Room, but please reach out to us if you have questions regarding a project of that nature.
