Once you have verified SBA eligibility, the first step to get started will be to complete our loan submission form. You will then be prompted you to our online application process. You can also access PDF versions of the applications below.

Sba loans typically require the following documents:

  1. Loan application

  2. Personal financial statement

  3. Personal & Business tax returns (2-3 years)

  4. Business interim financial statements (dated within 120 days)

  5. Projections (if business is less than two years old or expanding)

  6. Affiliate business tax returns (2-3 years)

  7. Affiliate business financial statements (dated within 120 days, only needed for 7(a) projects)

  8. Business history (business plan if less than two years old)

  9. Organizational Documents (i.e. bylaws, articles of incorporation, operating agreements, etc.)

  10. Cost documents (such as real estate purchase contract)

  11. Lease documents (only needed for 7(a) projects)

  12. Previous SBA financing documents
